Refund policy
1. General Policy
- Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase (in-store) or 14 days from delivery (online orders).
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable food and beverage items (snacks, fruit, grab-and-go meals).
- Magazines and newspapers.
- Gift cards.
- Final-sale and clearance items.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Must be reported within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
- Replacement will be shipped free of charge.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for funds to appear.
5. Online Orders – Return Process
- Contact our team at mail@theretailgirl.com or call (704) 900-6611 with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
- Pack items securely and ship back using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective/incorrect.
- Once received, your refund/exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
6. In-Store Returns
- Bring your item and receipt to The Retail Girl Market (Charlotte, NC).
- Refunds issued to the original payment method or store credit.
